Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2025 · Draft — to be reviewed by a solicitor before launch

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the eHustle website at ehustle.com.au and any services provided by eHustle Pty Ltd (ABN 21 679 259 440) (“eHustle”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

eHustle provides web design, development, and related digital services for Australian tradies and small businesses. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email or formal proposal) before any work commences.

A free mockup may be provided without obligation. The mockup remains the intellectual property of eHustle until a build agreement is entered into and a deposit is paid.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are indicative; final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.

A deposit of 50% of the agreed build fee is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due prior to site launch. Hosting and ongoing services are billed monthly or annually as agreed.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect agreements already in place.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed website (design, code, and content created by eHustle) transfers to you. You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us.

eHustle retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your website on time, you agree to:

  • Provide required content, images, and information within agreed timeframes
  • Review and approve mockups and deliverables promptly
  • Designate a single point of contact for feedback
  • Ensure any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, eHustle's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Our services are provided in good faith. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes from any website we build.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
